Mind Garage Work-Life Balance Program for corporates is designed to help employees achieve a healthy balance between their work and personal life. We provide a range of Corporate wellness initiatives and activities to promote physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing, reduce stress and burnout, and foster a positive workplace culture.

We hold a safe non-judgemental space for groups while conducting stress reduction workshops, meditation and mindfulness programs, time management and productivity training. The training program aims to help employees better manage their time & workload, prioritize tasks, mindfully delegate responsibilities and show productive results through a number of tools like time-tracking apps, productivity tools, scheduling tools and other resources to support employees' overall wellbeing.
