Support Group

The Emotional wellbeing Support Groups offered at Mind Garage for adults is designed to provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges and work together to improve their emotional health and well-being. These groups can be especially helpful for individuals who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, or other emotional issues.

Support group Program is led by trained therapists/ Counsellors, and Peer facilitators who have personal experience with the issues being addressed. The Support group program at MG, is conducted for varied groups, at various intervals during the year on varied emotional concerns like depression & anxiety, grief & loss, Trauma & PTSD, Caregivers and stress & relaxation management groups.
