The Mind Garage Student Workshops aims to promote emotional health awareness and psycho-education on varied age-related topics, as well as to empower students with the necessary tools and information to take care of their physical and emotional well-being.

Through these workshops, students will be able to learn about the importance of emotional and mental health and will also be provided with practical tips and strategies to manage stress and anxiety, and maintain mental hygiene using mindfulness practices.

Students will also have the opportunity receive personalized guidance from the experts, helping break down stigmas and barriers related to mental health.
